We have some guidelines here at Digshot that we like to follow so we can keep our community a happy loving festival of floating heart ballons and puppies.

If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to register for an account or use any other interactive features of our site.

When you sign up for Digshot you gain the ability to post in the forums, send messages to other users and to write comments on the games and ungames pages. All posts, messages and comments need to be kept clean. By clean we mean, nothing defamatory, racist, unlawful, obscene or inappropriate. You also agree not to harass or threaten other users of the site. Like good old Thumper once said, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all'. Of course Thumper was a pansy and you should feel free to say that you thought a game was utter crap but by no means should you take it upon yourself to harrass or attempt to harm another person with your angry nerd rage infused words.

Also, when you create an account with us, you and only you are allowed to access and use the account. You bear sole responsiblity for any content posted using the account. Only you can prevent account posting maliciousness when it comes to your own account.

That being said, if you choose to violate any of these rigorous guidelines we have the right to disable or delete your account.

Furthermore and such, if you have a valid complaint in regards to another user that is abusing the site and its policies, please contact us at privacy@digshot.
